82 "Egg Tart"

The Ingredients

1. Dough
200g plain flour
70g sugar
1 egg
140g butter

2. Egg Filling
3 egg
140g sugar
300ml of water
80ml of milk


Steps

1. Dough.
Mix all together the ingredients as follow.
1. Plain flour need to be sieve first.
2. 1 beaten egg.
3. Sugar.
4. Butter need to be soften first.
5. Finally.The dough need to be rest in fridge for about 20 minutes.
2. Egg Filling.
Mix all the ingredients as follows.

1. 3 eggs. Beat the eggs.
2. Syrup. Boil the sugar with the water. Until it turns to liquid.
3. Evaporated filled Milk. Use only half tin.
4. Finally mix and wisk all the ingredients together until it become like this.

How to prepare the tart?

1. You need the mold.
2. Apply the dough to the mold gently, make sure the dough is a bit higher than the mold. Fill the egg filling 3/4 of the dough.  
Bake the egg tart in oven with 200degree C about 15 to 20 minutes. :)

3. The results! ta da!
4. Again my egg tart. I know even it looks not perfect but then happy doing it by myself! 
5. Again my egg tart!
6. This is extra egg filling, i just put it in aluminium foil, and bake it in oven with 200 degree C. for about 15 to 20 minutes.
